FanPadInformation we collect
The FanPad main website may store details needed to process purchases, customer accounts and licences, including your email address, securely hashed Member Centre password, licensed domain, order status, download activity and technical licence-check information.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed through the payment provider you select. FanPad does not need to store your full card number. Bank-transfer orders may require manual confirmation by the FanPad administrator.
Licensing and security
To enforce a domain licence, FanPad may record the licensed domain, installation identifier, activation time, licence-check time, IP address and security events. This information is used to provide downloads, validate authorised installations and investigate abuse.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the website, fulfil purchases, provide licensed downloads and updates, maintain security, respond to support requests and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Service providers
Hosting, authenticated SMTP email, payment and other technical providers may process information where necessary to deliver FanPad, purchase notifications and secure account-access messages. Their own privacy terms apply to the services they provide.

Purchase, licence and accounting records may be retained for as long as reasonably required for licensing, security, legal, tax and support purposes. Operational logs can be removed from the FanPad administration area when no longer required.

FanPad uses access controls, encrypted secret settings and signed licensing data, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Keep your account and licence information confidential.
