FanPad is downloadable self-hosted creator membership software sold under a domain licence. The main FanPad website processes purchases, issues licences and provides authorised downloads and updates.
Your licence
A standard purchase grants one licence for the domain recorded at checkout. The licence is for your use of FanPad on that domain and does not transfer ownership of the FanPad product, brand or licensing service.
Digital delivery
FanPad is supplied digitally after payment is confirmed. Bank-transfer orders remain pending until payment is manually approved. A FanPad Member Centre account may be created for the purchase email so authorised files and licence details remain available. Keep your account, download and licence details secure.
Updates and availability
Where updates are included with your purchase, authorised installations may obtain supported releases through FanPad. Internet, hosting, PHP, database, third-party API and payment-provider availability remain outside FanPad's direct control.
Third-party services
Features can connect to services such as Stripe, PayPal, YouTube and hosting providers. Their own terms, charges, availability and policies also apply.
Acceptable use
You must not use FanPad for unlawful content, fraud, infringement, malicious activity or to interfere with the licensing and security systems used to protect the software.
Refunds
Because FanPad is a digital product supplied for download, refund rights may differ once delivery or download has begun. Any statutory consumer rights that apply to you are not excluded.
Responsibility
You are responsible for your own hosting, backups, creator content, customer relationships, tax obligations, privacy notices and lawful use of the installed script.
